When you set up the Plan on a Page you have complete control over what appears in the plan and how it looks.
Anything from your detailed plan can appear in the summary, grouped in whatever way you want. You can select any milestone, task, summary or combination of these to drive any bar on the summary chart.
TIMESCALES

You can quickly and easily change the time scale of your Plan on a Page with everything automatically scaling and moving to maintain the correct position on the timeline.

Up to three levels of scale can be shown (e.g. year, month, week) or you can only have one shown.

You can have compressed time scales on the left and / or right of the main display.

Quickly and easily set the formatting of the timescale elements and how they appear on the page.

Your timescale can be hours and days or up to 15 years long.

FLEXIBILITY OF INPUTS AND OUTPUTS

SummaryPro can use data from MS Project, Excel, Primavera and a wide range of other planning tools.

You can combine data from many plans / tools into one POAP.

Your plan does not have to be structured to support the POAP. This flexibility allows you to tailor the POAP to your audience without impacting the detailed plan.

SummaryPro allows you to output in any file format supported by Visio, or to copy and paste into any report or presentation.

You can work at 1:1 scale allowing wall-sized summary plans.

This means that if you have a range of planning tools in use you can produce summary plans which look and behave the same.
